My approach 

I use an integrated approach, drawing from Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and CBT therapies to tailor our work to your unique needs. This means we can explore the past, understand the present, and build practical tools for the future

Integrated Psychotherapy 

Integration means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to create a personalised way of working with you. We will focus on what is most helpful for you, at the pace that feels right. 

Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence your thoughts, feelings and relationships today. By understanding these patterns, deeper and lasting change is possible.

 

Gestalt Therapy 

Gestalt focuses on increasing awareness of the present moment, how you relate to yourself and others, and completing unfinished business so you can live more fully.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It provides practical strategies to manage difficulties, build resilience and improve well-being.
